This allows transparency in the United States hog industry to see how the value of the pork cutout is being shared. The graph on the front webpage is an example as it is USA data. Here in Canada it becomes difficult for trust and fruitful working relationships to proceed when the data is not public. FPPA believes that this is a fantastic first step in order to get all stakeholders working together.
